THE SENSE RETREAT PROGRAMME 

The SENSE Retreat is a truly unique and progressive opportunity. We are combining deep rest and restoration for highly sensitive people, with exploration of vantage sensitivity. In doing so, we participate in active research led by sensitivity experts who will also share their knowledge and insights directly with you in curated workshops, talks and activities. Thus, the SENSE Retreat is a holistic, generative experience that supports the emergence of your subtle yet powerful gifts.

What to expect

Our planned programme of engagement 

Embodied Movement & Play

Readying: Each morning, we’ll begin the day with playful embodied movement led by Sylvia, designed to gently awaken the body and mind. Through mindful and nourishing practices, you’ll cultivate presence, grounding, and a deeper connection to yourself - setting the tone for a restorative and enriching day ahead.

Sound Bathing & Mindful Journeys 

Healing: Jules will be guiding you through a healing and transformative sound bath with Tibetan bowls, shamanic drumming and other instruments. The sounds will be gentle and soothing and adapted for those of us with sensitive nervous systems. Sylvia will take us on adventures in the Imaginal Realm where we meet archetypes and companions, offering wisdom and direction.

Creative & Intuitive Workshops 

Developing: During the retreat you are encouraged to engage in a series of workshops to embrace creative, self-expression, intuition and more. You will grow in self-confidence by allowing your inner world to be rendered on paper as self-knowledge is reflected back to you. You will be invited to explore and play real mind-matter interaction games with both ancient and cutting-edge technologies to stimulate your extra-sensory abilities. 

Frontier Knowledge Exchange  

Knowing: Kirsty Allan, Jules De Vitto and expert guest authors, practitioners and frontier researchers on high sensitivity, will share incredible insights through interactive talks and workshops which will fuel your knowledge and enrich your curiosity as you discover, embrace and empower those innate gifts, those deep SENSE capacities. 

Skygazing & Fireside Songs

Sharing: We will spent evenings gathered around the fire, stargazing and storytelling as we embrace what we love the most as highly sensitive people; deep, intimate conversations, songs, stories and deep connection with our innate soul nature in the community of other like minded people.  

Art, History & Film Screenings

Inspiring: We will be offering curated art galleries to enjoy and participate with as well as carefully selected, beautiful film screenings. Artists and producers will be on hand to explore meaning-making and implications for sensitive people - and how we can use our expression to step forward in our roles as nature's sages and mages (more details coming).

Meditations of Sensitive Magic

Empowering: Each day we will offer a specially designed guided meditation to firstly ground and balance our finely tuned nervous systems, so that we can then allow ourselves to safely and effectively expand our states of consciousness and explore liminality. It is here we begin to tap into our innate magic of extra-sensory perception and manifestation. This is the essence of the SENSE Retreat: we will be 'sensing the future' together, as we sense into what is and can become, and weave personal and collective intention, attention and influence for a world of beauty, truth and flourishing.

DEEP REST

Spend time in the state of the art wellbeing centre, immerse your senses in nature, stimulate your aesthetic desires in the exquisite opulence of historic Broughton Hall - all as an attendee of our retreat. As this event is designed by HSPs for HSPs, you will enjoy access to truly inspiring facilities to satisfy your deep needs. From beautiful alone time to new friendships, we are here to hold space and time for you as you holistically relax and nourish your mind-body system.

UNLOCK WISDOM

Learn and develop your innate natural talents and skills by unlocking depth processes for mind-body wisdom. As an attendee, you will enjoy a selection of uplifting workshops, enriching talks and creative activities to explore your trait and personal characteristics. You will learn to resolve challenges and cultivate the unusual gifts of 'vantage sensitivity'.

PARTICIPATE

 You will also be invited to participate in meaningful research projects so that you get to shape the future for sensitive people in all areas of life. Throughout the retreat we will be offering spaces for you to engage in the research related to our sensitivity, extraordinary senses and our capacity to iniate transformation within ourselves and the collective.

SENSING THE FUTURE
