​​Broughton Sanctuary is an ancient site that houses the historic Broughton Hall and state of the art Avalon wellbeing centre. Both sit within a 3000 acre Sanctuary on the Broughton Hall Estate, at the foothills to the idyllic Yorkshire Dales National Park.

With extensive indoor and outdoor resources we are in the perfect place for Highly Sensitive People to experience deep rest and to thrive in their scared capacities for experiencing the subtle whilst cultivating interconnectedness.

POOL SUITE

Immerse yourself in pure relaxation with an exquisite swimming pool, a rejuvenating sauna, a soothing steam room, and a luxurious hydrotherapy pool - all thoughtfully designed to nurture your body and mind. Featuring heated flooring and tactile surfaces that enhance comfort and serenity.

MEDITATION

During the retreat, you'll immerse yourself in deep meditation and soothing sound baths, unlocking altered and expansive states of consciousness. These practices help calm and regulate your nervous system, allowing you to release tension, enhance self-awareness, and connect with a deeper sense of clarity and peace.

SENSORY REST

Immerse yourself in sensory restriction techniques for ultimate rest and restoration for your sensitive nervous system. You'll have access to woodland saunas, moon bathing, floatation, Somadome meditation pod and more...

NATURE IMMERSION

The whole estate rests upon 3000 acres of land, now an inspirational rewilding project too with opportunities to visist a bronze age cairn, photograph wildlife, take to cold immersion barrels, wild swimming and more.
